Does a corona vaccination affect test results?

Question from Harold: How many days after a corona vaccination can I reliably have the major health test (with many values) done without the vaccination affecting the results?
I can imagine that some blood values may be temporarily different when forming e.g. defenses against corona. I'd rather not take the risk of a possiblefalse image.

A: The only thing that may be different for a while after vaccination is the platelets in the blood count.
But that will return to normal later.
All the other tests you can just do, the vaccination doesn't affect that.
