As a vegetarian, how can I test if I am missing any nutrients?

Question of the Day: Our daughter is 26 and vegetarian (she eats no meat and very little fish, but she does eat egg and very occasionally dairy products).
She has been looking pale lately and often has something going on.
Now she also thinks it's a good idea to check if she isn't missing certain nutrients.
Could you perhaps recommend which examinations it would be best for her to have done then?
