Blood Test is looking for an enthusiastic Relationship Manager Health Coaches who also plays an important role in following up on laboratory results where there are questions or peculiarities. Together with our doctors and coaches you work on one mission: making the Netherlands healthier!
Your role
As Relationship Manager, you are the connecting link between Blood Value Testing, health coaches and our clients. You make sure that lab results are followed up properly, guide coaches in the use of our tests and think about how we can make and promote our services even better.
Your duties
- Following up on lab results in collaboration with our physicians
- Supervise and support health coaches who recommend our tests
- Set up and execute online marketing campaigns
- Recruit, onboard and mentor new partners such as therapists, personal trainers and dietitians
- Improve customer satisfaction and customer relations
- Spotting opportunities and actively thinking about new initiatives

The office is located in Best a cozy location, fully equipped for the new way of working.

Your Profile
- HBO working and thinking level
- Passion for health, with basic medical knowledge
- Knowledge of or affinity for orthomolecular medicine is a plus
- Experience in customer contact and relationship management (advantage: business customer service)
- Knowledge of online marketing and audience strategies
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Pre: experience with email marketing and/or marketing automation
- You are independent, responsible and a real go-getter
- You enjoy connecting, connecting and collaborating
