At Bloodtesting.nl, we are pioneers in Internet marketing within the healthcare industry. Our webshop offers customers the opportunity to order laboratory tests easily and reliably. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a driven colleague who knows how to work and is customer focused.
What will you do?
You will start in our delivery department, where you will be guided and inducted step by step. You ensure that laboratory tests are carefully packed and correctly processed in our system. In addition, you send referral letters to customers so that they can easily have their blood collection performed at a prick location nearby. You also answer customer emails and help provide excellent service.
Good to know: You don't have to be able to do everything already. We offer you the right support so that you can master your tasks quickly. Moreover, you will become part of an informal and friendly team where cooperation is key!
What do you bring?
✔️ You work in a structured, efficient and accurate manner and set your own priorities.
✔️ You have good communication skills, both oral and written.
✔️ You are handy with computers and systems.
✔️ You have a good command of the English language (not all our clients speak Dutch).
✔️ Minimum MBO level 3.
✔️ Experience with customer service and/or order processing in a business environment is a plus.
✔️ You are a result-oriented problem solver and a real team player.
✔️ You can work independently and have a sense of responsibility.
✔️ Basic medical knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement.

The details
📍 Location: Our office is located in the inspiring C' Park Bata in Best. Working from home is not possible for this position.
📑 Contract: We start with a six-month contract with the prospect of a permanent position upon proven suitability.
👩💼 Reporting: You will work under the office manager, who is also responsible for the delivery department.
