    Question from Jony: Is there any point in testing menopause hormones if you use an IUD with hormones?

    Answer: the FSH test when using a Mirena IUD makes little sense, because it also releases hormones, so the blood test does not give good information.

    So testing with IUD is useless if I read it that way. From when can a reliable test be done? Immediately after removal or do you have to wait weeks?
